Marketo - SFDC field synchronistion

There has been a new field created in SFDC which is visible in Marketo but unfortunately this filed does not show right values (there should be a list of items to be chosen instead of numbers).  Any idea what me be the possible problem?  Please help to resolve the issue.

Just to add - the field in Marketo is wishes_to_list.

What kind of SFDC field is this? Is this a text picklist? Is it a formula field?

Where are you seeing the field displaying numbers instead of a picklist - in SFDC, in Marketo lead record, in Marketo field filter in a smart list, in a Marketo form?
