I have set up the lead scoring module and it is working fine, however, on MSI under campaign history, I don't see the description of the campaign/last action which made the score changes. Instead, I've seen only the SFDC sync details.
This info is not very useful for sales, so how can I change this description? I know they can go to Interesting moments and check the last activities, yet it will be nice to have under Score.
The field Person Score is a formula in SFDC: Demographic Score + Behaviour Score.
If you have any ideas, could you please share how should I set up in Marketo or SFDC?
