Marketo Sales Insight Information got lost upon converting a Lead to Contact. Is there a way to stop this from happening?
Do you have any custom conversion rules during conversion from a Lead to a Contact?
Also what CRM are you using?
We are using a tool LeanData for conversion of Leads to Contacts, as well
do manual conversion some times.

OK, from that I'll assume you are using Salesforce. But it still doesn't really narrow it down. There's a bunch of things you need to check.
- Have you properly installed MSI app onto the contact page layouts?
- Have you mapped the MSI fields appropriately between lead and contact for lead conversion (fields like Urgency, Engagement etc)?
- Does Marketo have the right permissions to write to the Contact in your instance?
That'd be the initial places I'd start to troubleshoot. I'd like a bit more information though - when you say "got lost" what do you mean? And what specific MSI information are you referring to?
