Can marketo sales insight be made available @ account level and data pulled into SFDC. From SFDC to

SQL Server Database ?

Any idea ?

The AppExchange installation package installs at instance level. You can then grant access at account level.

Pulling data to external databases could be achieved through SOAP API.
