Marketo's Data Cleansing Tools

I came across a form on a Marketo Webinar page (link below) that automatically suggests company names in their database whenever the form is filled out. This would be an awesome tool for us to use in order to prevent duplicate records. Does anyone know what tool Marketo is using or if there are any good vendors that integrate with Marketo?

Reachforce is great - used by a lot of companies as Kristen mentions above.

I believe Marketo is using Reachforce since RTP but there are a number of companies that offer this service in launchpoint.
