The Outlook/Marketo Plugin is asking me to verify my credentials. I've resent myself the credentials and updated this information, but it is still not verifying., Any advice on how to fix this issue? Thanks in advance.

You might need to completely uninstall, and then resinstall the plugin.

Thanks for the advice, but the Marketo Plugin is currently active in my plugins

Some of our sales directors have had a problem with the plugin disabling.  Go to Options -> Add-Ins and look at your Disabled Items.  If the Outlook plugin is on the list, you can re-enable it.  You'll then need to look at your COM Add-Ins and make sure the box next to the Marketo Outlook plugin is checked.  Hope this helps!

Im running Outlook 2010. The plugin has worked previously (early dec 2013), so im not exactly sure what has changed since then. I get the error when clicking the "Send -Track Marketo" button when attempting to send an email.

May be due to version of Office/Outlook? where are you getting the error?
