anyone have ways to troubleshoot not getting tests sent to yourself?
Can you describe what you are doing and what is happening?
I'm in a previously sent email campaign and am merely re-sending myself a Test email... not getting anything in my Outlook company inbox.
Is it in your junk folder?
Do you get other emails from your Marketo instances?
Check with IT if it got trapped in the spam filter.

Happens to me all the time with sample emails, a weird hack I discovered is that if you make your email operational Marketo will always send you a sample, with marketing emails it often stops doing that after 2-3 tries, so I either make the email operational for the time I am testing it (there is always a risk of forgetting to change it back before sending it out though) or I send it to a few of my personal email adresses I created just for this purpose
This is a good trick
I'd advise against this as it's too risky of having someone forget to change it back.

I tried this today because I'm having this problem again. But even that change didn't work.
