Marketo MS CRM Users - Anyone having issues with "Campaign names" being stripped out (BLANK)?

Is anyone having issues with the MS Campaign name being stripped out of their Marketo Programs or "add to Microsoft Campaign" functionality? We have confirmed there are no sync issues (between Marketo and MS CRM), and no permissions have been updated on the MS CRM Side.

This is definitely strange. Are you seeing this for the past campaigns/programs or the ones that you’ve created now? Worth checking whether the campaign in the MSD is active. Also, is the normal person sync working correctly? Assuming that you have re-checked the campaign sync being enabled, no campaign related sync errors/red flags in the sync status in the Marketo Admin > Microsoft Dynamics > Sync Errors/Sync Status, and the permissions, I’d advise raising a support ticket with Marketo.

Thanks so much!

1. ALL campaigns were removed. We have since learned from Adobe that when the Campaign Sync is turned of - it not only STOPS adding campaign membership - it ALSO strips out the Campaign values in CRM. The only resolution is to turn the sync back on and Manually add the campaigns back in.  The Wierdo thing is that we have seen the Campaigns Sync turned off 2x in 3 business days. And there is NO audit trail on that sync to determine HOW is was decouple.

2. Yes - have a high priority ticket in play. Thanks.

We just wanted to see if this is similar to the last Adobe Maintenance situation where an ID was inadvertently removed that impacted Campaign Syncs or is this is unique to our instance.

Both Campaign sync interruptions occurred during Adobe Maintenance cycles.

We welcome any input!!
