Our team is running into a really odd situation. Each time that we send out emails to our remote sales team, they are unable to access the links in the email. When they click on a link the browser will open up and essentially time out. Testing it on their phone or on the web app version of Office365 works fine, but only in Outlook do the links not work. It's also only with our remote sales team.
To give some context, our sales team use Microsoft Surface Pro 4s with Outlook on Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus. We use Windows 10 as well.
Any thoughts/help/troubleshooting?
You'll need to provide examples of the original links in the Marketo editor, and the corresponding links after they've been rewritten to bounce off the tracking server.
Assuming every link is passing through the same mail scanner (since the recipients are all at your company), does the remote sales team have an additional VPN or firewall layer that for some reason they can't actually reach?
