One of my account managers was trying to email a few of his clients and when he added in a Marketo link to a webinar page to his email signature it got blocked as malware. Anyone have any experience with rectifying this? What would cause this?

Is your CNAME correctly configured?

What is the URL that was used?

It was the CNAME. Thanks for your help!

There could be a few things going on, but it sounds like this one has to do with your clients' IT settings. We ran into an issue where our domain was marked as "spam" or "blocked" by a couple of our clients' email systems so our sellers weren't able to send them anything with a Marketo link. Unfortunately we had to have our IT department chat with their IT department to get it fixed.

Here's a link to another Community conversation that might help answer some questions as well.

Thank you for the help, it might be that. Unfortunately he's able to send emails with the email signature link gone so I don't think it's our entire domain.

We need to see the link as present in the email sent to the lead. That is, after it has been rewritten to go via your branding domain (= click tracking domain)  That's the CNAME that's important here: not pages.agreementexpress.com but the branding domain CNAME, which must be different.
