I am having an issue with a campaign. I have a Smart campaign to send an alert email whenever people complete the form. However there have been many duplicate alert emails sent to the emails under "Send Alert". Not sure what exactly is going on. I think it may have something to do with the engagement program because I see this message:
I’m assuming (though you really should be more explicit about the setup!) you’re using a child SC in your EP.
Exhausted just means people have been sent all the content/qualified for all the campaigns in that stream. Doesn’t necessarily say anything about why you might get duplicates.
The first place you should look is in the lead’s Activity Log. What happened just before that person triggered multiple Send Alert steps?
