We are looking to refresh and add some new elements to our email templates. I was looking for anyone who can offer a recommendation on someone they have used and feedback on what we should be looking for when narrowing down the selection process.
we have worked with EmailMonks and I can recommend them - good quality, quick turnaround, affordable/transparent pricing. If I am not mistaken they will create your first template for free (at least in the past they ran this promotion).
