I have been interested in Marketo functionality for more advanced reporting.

In visiting the website on this page: https://www.marketo.com/software/marketing-analytics/

I was able to find this language: "Easily create visual reports and dashboards using our intuitive, drag-and-drop interface or customize one of our out-of-the-box reports"

Where can I find this interface?

I believe that is referring to Revenue Explorer, which is a reporting package you can add to your Marketo subscription.  It's not part of the base package, so you would need to contact your account manager to see about adding it to your subscription.

You will need a Marketo option call RCE. It's chargeable, I am afraid.

Correct, the Marketo Advanced Report Builder (also known as "Revenue Explorer") supports a more visual layout of reports and dashboards.
