marketo API for Company

I using this API for creating company. It is successful but I cannot see the information on the screen. Any suggestions

Do you have people linked to the company via that externalCompanyId? What do you mean by "on the screen"?

How do I link the lead to the company and I need to company to be visible against the lead in the marketo UI
