So, the current Adobe Connect - Marketo integration links the Marketo program with the Seminar Room and not the event. However, the reporting in the Seminar room is very minimal. The user joins the seminar room and not the event.
Anyone out there tried using the event login URL in the confirmation email that goes out of Marketo, so we can leverage the event reporting? Basically layering the event login URL over the marketo program - seminar room integration.
The Marketo adapter currently only links the Marketo Webinar Program with the Adobe Connect Seminar Room and not the Adobe Connect Event. So when people register using Marketo forms, they get a confirmation email with a link to the adobe connect seminar room. So the attendees join the seminar room and not the event. Unlike registering using Adobe Connect registration form where they get a link to the event in the adobe connect confirmation email.
The reporting in seminar room is very minimal and not as useful as the event and am looking at ways by which I could use Marketo Webinar Programs to connect with the Adobe Connect Event, where the attendees join the event and not the seminar room.
