We setup Marketo for our organization without extensively documenting standards for our email marketing and how our instance is set up. Has anyone done this for their organizations? I'm looking for template ideas, what I should be cementing on "paper" about Marketo and our marketing automation strategy, etc. Needless to say, we are a very small team. Thanks!

I would suggest you start by examining the biggest areas of Marketo first (Admin, Lead Lifecycle, Lead Scoring, marketing activities, design studio, lead database, Analytics and integrations) and then document each important aspect of each section.
