JOB PURPOSE
The Digital CRM Specialist is responsible for the identification and implementation of new processes and relational strategies with customers, through a multi-channel architecture of marketing automation, in order to deliver a fully personalized and digitally innovative customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Identifies new opportunities to engage customers, using a variety of one-to-one marketing channels that are scalable across multiple markets;
•Assures the email marketing programs development and improvement, including triggered and dynamic contents campaigns, testing and deployment;
•Manages marketing automation efforts, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards;
•Maintains marketing automation integration with CRM and assists in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software;
•Plans and performs A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth;
•Monitors email health metrics, deliverability, sender score, IP address statuses;
•Supports essential marketing operations initiatives (i.e. lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, lead nurturing and segmentation).
JOB REQUIREMENTS (skills, competencies, experience)
•Fluent in English; knowledge of any other European language is considered an advantage;
•Degree in Economics, Marketing or equivalent; Marketo certification is preferred;
•At least 3 years’ experience with Marketing Automation and with email marketing campaigns design & execution;
•Knowledge of MS Office package;
•Knowledge of Google Analytics, HTML coding for email development, Adobe Photoshop, marketing automation platforms (Marketo is preferred);
•Familiar with CRM, database concepts, trigger campaigns and direct marketing best practices;
•Ability to work in a deadline driven environment, balancing multiple priorities;
•High level of attention to details;
•Excellent communication, organization, time management and analytical/problem solving skills.
