Looking for a Consultant, any suggestions??

Hello:

We are looking at hiring a consultant, one that is exerienced in SalesForce and Marketo.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  What was your experience?  Any other information you care to share?

There are a great number of Marketo Champions who have left their companies and gone out to do consulting careers solo. They all know CRM + Marketo and are all really smart. If I had to pick I'd go after one of them first. From there I know the Yesler folks are doing interesting work.
