I'd like to set up our lead assignment process to distribute leads to our sales reps based location (so all leads from NY, MA, RI, CT would go to rep A, all leads from UT, NV, CA would go to rep B). What's the best way to do this? Create a smart list for each rep and list the states/countries in their area? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
