List subscriptions

When setting up a list subscription, is there a way to specify a time of day the report would be sent at? If not, what is the default time for report delivery?

No there is no way to set the time. Run a test to know at what time it will occur. And let us know.

The doc says :

"Subscriptions are sent out anytime between 12 a.m. and 8 a.m. based on the time zone of your Marketo instance"

Do you know what "based on the time zone" would mean for Pacific Time?

The hours will be based on your Marketo instance in configuration (admin -> location).

Hi Anita,

All of the subscriptions for your instance are run between 12am and 8am.  They run when the processor is able to run them, so there isn't really a set time.

For someone in a different time zone the 12-8 time period still applies, it just begins at 12 their time, not yours.

User time zone is not what the doc says. It says Instance time zone.
