List qty variation btw dashboard & Program

I did my first live Marketo campaign Merry Christmas and Office closed just before clocking off for Christmas.

In the dashboard it reports the Christmas email went to over 70k people.

In the list there should have only been 37k. It says 37k in program results.

It was a very generic Merry Christmas email so I wasn’t super worried about the quantity.  But do need to get a handle on it for reporting.

Have reviewed outcomes in both Firefox and Chrome.  Same.

Felicity, those are different programs. One is a smart campaign and the other is an email send program. Unless I am really sleepy.

I also think you may have sent this twice? Once as the email campaign and a second as a batch? The SC report would then look at the email asset and return 70k+ because you sent it to 35k, twice? Kind of guessing on this one, but confused where there's 2. Can you provide some more context?
