LinkedIn Lead gen forms suddenly stop syncing to Marketo

I have a bunch of LI lead gen forms syncing to Marketo once a lead submits their details. One of my LinkedIn lead gen forms suddenly stopped syncing leads 2 days ago. Has been working fine since the beginning of the month and all leads have been coming through. Can anyone please advise on why this is and how to rectify the problem so leads can continue to come through.

We have identified a service issue that prevented the creation of lead records in Marketo through the Facebook and LinkedIn Lead Gen feature between Saturday 10/13 and Tuesday 10/17. The problem has been resolved, but if you have any questions, please Contact Marketo Support  and we'll be happy to check it out!

Thanks Mike. Could I request that if this problem occurs again in the future that we're proactively advised so we don't spend hours trying to resolve the issue, thinking it has something to do with our own setup?
