Lightbox after form submit

How can I have a lightbox pop up with sharing buttons after a form submit? Similar to what Marketo does on their blog - http://screencast.com/t/MuFf9Qjmt

Hi,

I would love to know how to do this also.

Once a lead fills out a regular form on a landing page, I would like the asset to download in the background but also have a lightbox appear to show the social sharing buttons and also give them the option to divert to another landing page from the lightbox.

Help would be much appreciated
