Hi,
I need help in analyzing recent automatic unsubscribes. We observed that some of our marketing campaigns this week have high rates of unsubscribes. The unsubscribes were in the 1st hour of marketing campaign.
When I looked at the activity logs of the unsubscribed users, they were unsubscribed automatically using auto unsubscribe software at client's end. The log message shows unsub-ab.mktomail.com@click.unrollmail.com (possibly related to http://unroll.me/)
Has anybody observed such behaviour? Please provide any suggestions.
Thanks,
Jyoti
Not much you can do about this. If they want to unsubscribe from everything it is their right to do so.
To add to Jamie's point, it's a legal requirement you have to comply with.

Thanks Jamie and Gregoire.
I was concerned if a recent email campaign had anything specific that triggered an automated unsubscribe. After going through some of the past campaigns I realized that there had been auto-unsubscribes in the past too. The numbers were very small then.
Thanks again,
Jyoti
