leads bounce back

Hi Guys  

I would like to seek an advice if would it possible to remove the leads to Email Suspended status even if the leads(email address) are valid? Also what is the cause of this and how can avoid  all the leads bounce back and tag as suspended even if the leads are valid?

Hi Eduardo, email suspended is a 24 hour "block" that prevents you from emailing a person for 24 hours after the datetime stamp listed below email suspended in the record. After that time, although the record still shows email suspended as true, you are able to try to email them again.
