Lead Scoring with Tokens or with figures

Hi, 
I just want to know what is the added value to use Token when lead scoring than adding point directly within the flow such as Change Score +5?
I have learnt to add point in the flow, not to create token and add points from there. What is the difference?

If you have several programs that changes scores, you'll have to change all the steps in program flows if you latter decide to change the value. If you use tokens, you can just use the token values in My Tokens and all programs' value will be changed.

You may want to change the values if Sales start complaining about getting leads that aren't yet qualified.

As Hitoshi noted, the token scoring system allows you to change any or all scores much faster than having to go into each campaign flow.

In theory this makes it easier to view the scoring model in one location and simplify changes.  In practice its not more valuable than global scoring campaigns that don't use tokens.
