Here's a new one that we came across today (and opened a ticket with Support): When looking at a lead record, the value that appeared in the "Full Name" field within the list, was completely different than the first/last names contained in the detailed lead record. Below, the Full Name appears as "Elizabeth Perry"
But when opening the lead record, the name is "Alexandra Forsyth":
And nowhere within the activity log is there any CDV for her name; nor is "Elizabeth Perry" contained anywhere. Has anyone experienced this before?
Hi Dan, did you verify that this field wasn't updated in a list import or through merging leads? That would be the first place that I would start. This is very strange.
Hi Sara - sure did. Looked throughout the activity log and there is no indication of any sort of activity that could have caused this. I'm just hoping we're not seeing behavior that's indicative of a corrupt database.
Support has come back to us with the following information:
Engineering has found this to be affecting multiple customers. They are currently working towards a resolution. I will update you further as progress is made.
