Lead owner email address

Very random question of the day: How does Marketo know who the lead owner email address is if I import a list? Do I need to include it as a column within the imported list?

In a non-CRM-integrated scenario, that's right, you need to populate it yourself (not necessarily in the file, could be in a flow after import).
