Lead Limit in campaign

Is there any limitation in marketo batch campaign? can i send mail to 5-6 lakhs leads fro single batch campaign? will it affect pefromance?

Limits may be set in the Admin area under Smart Campaigns:

I think when you go into millions of sends, it's best to split them up, we send 100,000's at a time all seems ok.
