Is there a way to set up an alert if one of our marketing reps pulls a smart list that contains members of a separate segment of the company's smart lists?
We don't want to have multiple lead partitions since we want a global subscription, but didn't know if there was a good way to make sure there isn't crossover in our business units and the smart lists that are associated with them.
You can add fields to make it easy for folks to pull from the right group, or you could add partitions and then let the more global folks see more than one, but I'm not sure if I can think of a way to do an alert if a lead with a certain field qualifies for a Smart List.
