Last interesting moment showing ":" in SFDC

Hello,

We are seeing an issue where the "last interesting moment" column in Marketo Sales Insight (SFDC) is showing a ":" when there is no data to populate the field (see image below).

Can anyone help?

Thanks!

Thanks for the help!

I looked at our smart campaigns that have the IM steps in the flow. None of them are blank. After looking deeper, I noticed that all the leads showing up in Best Bets that have ":", are showing up on Best Bets due to an increase in lead score (mainly because they got demographic fields filled out). In the past these would show up as blanks.

Do you have any other suggestions? Seems like it could be a bug or something.

When you do what Edward says, check to see if the IM flow step is blank or if it has a token in it. It may be that someone placed a bad token value in there too.

Try tracing back those leads in Marketo, and dig through their activity logs. Looks like you have a trigger somewhere which is (or was) setting Interesting Moments when there were no actual values. It's usually "[Type of interesting moment]: [Description of interesting moment]", so these are probably unselected but still being written through a flow step. When those two values are blank, you get a resulting ": " as the Interesting Moment value.
