Landing Page Count Down

I want to create a landing page where customers place an order from a selected product range. There will be limited avaliability (Quantity avaliable field) and each time an order is placed (Drop down how many they want field)  the number avaliable reduces by the same number as the order placed.

Example of fieds on landing page

- Product Name
- Quantity Avaliable
- Drop down of how many they want
- Contact Details
- Send

Marketo is not built for this and is not the best way to do this; they are not set up for e-commerce and this will require customization (how much I can't say).
