I am trying to determine the process on when to use Send & Track vs when to use Log. If I use Send & Track does this track all replies coming in from that lead to me moving forward? When would you use Log?
You'd want to use the log function when you have incoming emails that you want to note and sync over to SFDC. Send and Track allows you to send either a personal email or a templated email and see the opens and clicks in MSI.
