I was wondering if anyone has a process that they use to QA ongoing journeys? We want to know how to test our journeys once they have gone live to make sure that everything is continuing to run smoothly.
Sure, just add yourself to the nurture.
You can do a live test before as well or use the Test function in Engagements.
