We have a Marketo landing page which on a link click triggers a conversational flow pop-up, which when visiting directly works fine, however, when we link to the page from our main website it appends their cookie tracking ID to the end of the URL and this appears to stop the anchor link from popping up the conversational flow.
The only workaround I've been able to find so far is to put a ? before the # in the conversational flow anchor link, however this results in the page reloading then displays the pop-up which, whilst works, isn't the best experience.
Has anyone else come across this issue and knows a way to have the conversational flow pop up as normal without reloading the page?
