We recently sent out an email from one of our lead owners through Marketo. We set the "From" email as the lead owner's email address, and the "Reply to" as our company@company email (which our marketing team monitors for actual replies).
However, we had out of office replies go to both the reply to email and the from email addresses. We use different from and reply-to email addresses for a lot of our email campaigns, and have never had this issue before.
As you can imagine, this is not an ideal situation. Can anyone shed some light on this?
