I'm trying to clear a field value from TRUE to NULL. In the smart campaign flow step, I've said Change Data Value = NULL (in all caps), saved the flow, and run the campaign, but the Change Data Value just defaults back to TRUE. Any insight?

Are you trying to do this with a boolean field ? In this case, you cannot nullify it, you can only set it to False.
