Is there any version support for Email template ?

We have a business requirement where business wanted to revert to old version of email templates after the Go Live. Is there any version support for Email template ?

There is not. Keep cloning the templates to avoid losing things.

You can always overwrite an existing template, however, if the editable sections change much, there will be a big problem on the child emails.
