I want to put together Event reports showing the success of our events starting from # of leads it was sent to, # of leads opened, down to # of leads registered. Is there an aggregated report that will show all of this?
Not really. But you can try a couple of things:
the program performance or just the Program Summary will then give you what you want.
If you have RCE, you can also run higher level reports.

You could use Program Statuses to track these milestones for each of your events. Then if you create a Program Performance Report, and from the Setup Tab filter the report so it only shows the Event Channel, and check the box to add program status columns. (see below). This will create a report for all your event programs, with those metrics.
