Is there a size limit for sending attachements?

We want to send emails with MP4 attachements (podcasts) and I'm wondering if this is going to be a problem for recordings over a certain time.

It's usually better to direct the reader to a link to download the podcast. Sending an MP3/4 will likely make you vulnerable to spam filters or mailbox size limits.
