Is there a method on HOW we could see the our touchpoints by prospects or by client?

How could we see all the email campaign touches that 1 person has?  For example, most of Marketo’s reporting shows engagement by email campaign.  However, we want to look at the person’s entire experience because we want to see if our database is getting overwhelmed or do they stay engaged.  Is there a method on HOW we could see the our digital touchpoints by prospects or by client.

if you want a single person, see the Opp Analyzer.

If you want to see the avg # of touches per lead, that's harder. You could add a Score or Counter to Marketo or SFDC to count the number of touches.

You could run a list to say Was Sent Email at least X times in Past Y days to see if there's an overload.

Overload is usually manifested in unsubscribes.

Thanks Josh, is there a way to export multiple touch-points across multiple accounts at once?
