A question I can't find an answer to in the docs:
Will the lead source field in a lead's record be updated with the latest click attribution, or does it always retain the original interaction?

Hi Lisa,
None of the two . You decide what it should contains and set it up either with "data value changes" in some smart campaign flows, or as hidden fields in forms capturing URL or cookie info.
You may also want to block update on this field to make sure that, once set, it is not tempered with. See Block Updates to a Field - Marketo Docs - Product Docs
