Is it possible to tell Marketo to ignore "Exhausted Content" and keep sending the content?

I am doing a test in which I want to continue sending same email content to a test contact.

Is there a setting that I can do to let Marketo bypass this behaviour and keep sending the same content

every time campaigns runs?

On the engagement program there is an option "Test Stream", you should use that. You can find more details here.

"Test Stream" works for testing with 1 contact it seems.

I am looking for testing it four hundreds of contacts.

So is there any other way?
