Is it possible to overwrite token used in an email in other program?

I'm trying to create 1 email which has several token. This program is used in a Flow step in several programs. I want to set different token values in each program.

I tried the following:
1. Define My tokens in a campaign
2. Created a program with an email containing My Tokens defined in the campaign
3. Created another program with the same My Tokens but with different values overriding those defined in the campaign
4. Created a Smart Campaign with a flow to send email defined in step 2.

My emails are being sent when I run the smart campaign but it's not getting delivered. Have somebody tried doing this?

Are the tokens working as you expected? It sounds like you have set them up correctly.

It was working. It seems my company's mail server wasn't processing emails in real-time.
