Is it possible to not cookie an individual form or form fill?

I am planning on creating a landing page + form that a sales person can fill out when a lead is interested in a piece of content.

Once a salesperson puts in a persons email address, I would have Marketo send an email with the piece of content to the new lead.

My question is will Marketo think that my sales person is all of these leads because he is filling out the form for them and start tracking and scoring his behaviour as if he is the lead itself?

I would use Sales Insight to do this...Have them add the person to a Marketo program from the lead or contact record...this will allow you to run this person through multiple flow-steps based on one action by Sales.

That would work excpet for that my BD team isn't part of my company. Some of them are outsourced cold callers who I would rather not give access to the system to.

I think I've read before, that using "incognito" mode on Chrome and the similar modes on IE/Firefox will keep this from happening.

I think you can create a new template and you need to remove the line of code that calls the cookie. Then build your form in this template. See Jep's comment in this thread https://community.marketo.com/MarketoDiscussionDetail?id=90650000000PXGpAAO
