Is it possible for Marketo to track an email thread sent out of Salesforce?

Know how to do this for a single email but we often have multiple interactions and want to keep the discussion in one thread while still tracking the individual clicks/opens of each specific email in the thread.

I do not think you can track this using Salesforce emails.

I'm not sure if you have Sales Insight, but if so, I recommend moving templatized emails into Marketo and utilizing Sales Insight for reps to send them. If you have the Outlook plug-in, a rep can send an email and track it via Marketo, even if it's not a Marketo template.
