Internal Communication Using Marketo

Hi We would like to use Marketo for internal communication.

We currently use distribution lists maintained by IT (for updates and deletion) to send out internal communication in Outlook.

We don't want to import distribution list every time to Marketo. Is there a way to connect the Outlook distribution list to Marketo. So the updates in distribution list  will be reflected in Marketo?

Hi Sue,

With money and integration skills, this is always possible, but seems to me an overkill.

I would just import contacts in Marketo on a regular basis. I would use Marketo features to create the targets. And I would automatically delete from Marketo any internal lead that is hard bounced (meaning it has been deactivated in your MS Exchange server).
