Interesting Moment fields for new Marketo-SFDC integration

I'm installing a new Marketo instance and doing MKTO-SFDC integration.

The document doesn't include creating Interesting Moment fields in SFDC. I remembered there were steps to create those fields last time I did MKTO-SFDC integration which was about 2 years ago. Am I missing something here? Do I still need to create Interesting Moment fields manually or they will be created automatically thru some other way? Thank you!

Re: Interesting Moment fields for new Marketo-SFDC integration

Hi there,

Interesting Moments are available only to Marketo Sales Insight or Marketo Sales Connect users, not just those using the native Marketo-SFDC sync. (reference: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/marketo-sales-insight/msi-for-sal... )

The Interesting Moments object should be created automatically as part of the MSI Salesforce AppExchange package. (reference: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/marketo-sales-insight/msi-for-sal...)

Hope this helps!

Thank you! I just realized that when I installed MSI. 🙂
