Integrating Go To Webinar with Marketo for the first time

Hello, 
 

We are integration Go To Webinar for the first time with Marketo and I have some questions:
1 - Do I have to have a paid account in Go To Webinar to integrate with Marketo?
2 - We already have the Webinar program all set up and we already have a big list of people who have registered in the Webinar but we didn't sent any reminders yet. Can I integrate now Go To webinar and send those reminders from GTW  instead of Marketo? How can I transfer the registered people from Marketo To Go To Webinar other way than manualy?

Yes, you will need a paid account with GTW to make the integration work.  I would recommend sending the reminder from GTW for this event so that your registrants get the proper unique link to enter into the event.  Since Marketo wasn't used to register for the event, we have no record of the unique URL link.

For your next webinar, you can do everything in Marketo.

Once they are synced up the syncing of registered leads is really easy - just a status change campaign. I haven't directly used GTW but when using Webex or ReadyTalk I prefer to send reminders via Marketo. This way they are trackable, look like our branding, etc.

Dear Marketo Support group

I need urgent assistance with the below.

We are hosting a series of webinars and have chosend to sync Marketo with
GOTOWEBINAR portal

we have in total 3 webinars in June.

My questions are:

1) In Marketo Admin/ launchpoint I have installed the GOTOWEBINAR service as
we have an account with them .But  I can only link 1 webinar at this time.. So
instead of the total being 3 its shows only the  14th June security Webinar date. How can
I add all 3 to show.

2) I have selected the Webinar event adapter in Marketo. but it is not
allowing me to clone the respective event folders.. How can I do this as its
vital for the above webinar notifications process ( Pre webinar registrations,
Thank you for attending etc)

3) Can you please let me know how to Sync up the gotowebinar with the
respective webinar in Marketo as we need to be able to have full tracking of
leads registration and attendees.

4) We have in place a Landing page with the GOTOWEBINAR hyperlinks embedded
that will take the attendees straight to the registration page. How will I be
able to connect our landing page with G2W.. will this action take place when I
create a local asset (being the landing page under the campaign folder)

5) In addition we have 2 separate Email blast that we are planning on sending
out the Pre webinar notification encouraging our contacts on the Leads list to
register. This is all part of the campaign and needs to be tracked in Marketo
