Inserting Unique Coupon Codes in Email

Hello!

Our company is looking to send out an email to a list of people who have filled out our web form. We would like to send a unique code to each recipient so that we can track which customers have used our coupon code. What is the easiest way to execute this? Is this something that can be done through inserting a certain token in the email?
